The Other Art Fair London

Last weekend I was one of 100 hand picked artists appearing at the summer edition of The Other Art Fair London at King's Cross West Handyside Canopy. It was fantastic to be in the company of so many excellent emerging contemporary artists.

This summer's fair was wonderfully busy and several of my artworks went to new homes. I took artworks from three different collections to this fair to see what people were most interested in. I am happy to say people bought artworks from all three! I took artworks from my Stamp Collection which is available to buy from here. I also took artworks from my Vinyl Revival collection which you can see here. The third collection I took was from my Londinium Collection, which is a collection of contemporary fine art prints of famous London landmarks reimagined by me - this collection can be seen here.

I really enjoy talking to the visitors who come to my stand about my art, my inspiration and my process. Being an artist can be a solitary job so it is wonderful to meet so many people. It feels amazing to get such interest and positive feedback.

This was my second The Other Art Fair which is an association with Saatchi Art - I did my first one in March this year at the Truman Brewery, near Brick Lane in London. I was so impressed with how professional and well organised this fair was that I was very keen to do it again so was delighted when I was invited to do the King's Cross fair. One of the highlights of doing The Other Art Fair London is that you get to spend a few days chatting with fellow artists and I always come away from art fairs with new artist friends.

If you haven't been to King's Cross for a while, you really should go down and check it out. It has been regenerated and developed to provide a very stylish environment with lots to do. You can lounge outdoors on bean bags by the canal and watch movies with Everyman Cinema, there is also Coal Drops Yard, a smart and eclectic shopping area and the lovely Lower Stable Street Market.
